我選擇介紹的影響力人物，是Linux的創作者Linus Torvalds，選擇他的原因是因為報告那時我剛好在研究raspberry pi安裝Linux，我原本不知道Linux是誰創作的，想要多了解一下，所以就上網搜尋看看，查了才知道原來就是Linus Torvalds，而且大家常使用的git也是他的作品，所以這個報告就決定要介紹他。

Today, I'd like to talk to you about an influential person.
He is Linus Torvalds, the creator of Linux and Git.
He make a big difference in our life.
The presentation is divided into four main sections.
First is “Why”
Linus Torvalds once said
Let's learn about his significant events in life.
He attended the University of Helsinki between 1988 and 1996.
He created Linux operating system and Git version control software in 1991 and 2005.
In 1991, Linus Torvalds shared the Linux kernel with a few computer hobbyists.
The operating system they built reshaped the software industry.
Linux is now used by many people, and many servers.
Android also based on Linux now in many smartphone.
There are many software based on them.
Debian and Android is based on original Linux, and Ubuntu is based on Debian.
Git is also popular now.
Many people use it to develop their software.
Github, bitbucket, gitea and many people used it.
here are some of his achievements
The asteroid 9793 Torvalds was named after him.
and he received EFF Pioneer Award
and Millennium Technology Prize.
and conclusion
Thanks to Linus Torvalds, I can use linux and git or even make my own clone because it's opensource.
